Cooperation Process
-Requirement Confirmation Customers provide Tech Pack or ODM design inspiration. Confirm order quantity, delivery time, price terms (FOB/CIF, etc.). -Sampling stage OEM: 1-3 free modifications, extra charges apply. ODM: Provide 3-5 design proposals, customers can choose 1 to deepen. -Mass production Production will commence after confirmation of the pre production sample (PP Sample). Weekly progress report (photo/video updates). -Quality Inspection and Delivery Third party inspection (such as SGS) or in-house AQL sampling standards.
Pricing&Payment
-Pricing Basis Fabric cost, process complexity, order quantity (MOQ usually 500-1000 pieces/style). -Payment Terms 30% deposit+70% final payment (to be paid before shipment). Large orders negotiable: 30% deposit+40% mid-term payment+30% final payment.
Quality Control
-Standard: Complies with international standards (such as AQL 2.5 for Major Defects). -Step: Fabric incoming inspection → in-process inspection → final inspection (full inspection/sampling). After sales: Accepting free replenishment or compensation for quality issues within 1%.
